Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Analyst to join our fast-growing fintech company.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and validate A/B experiments to optimize product performance.
• Prioritize product features based on strategic objectives and user feedback.
• Identify bottlenecks in product workflows and propose improvement solutions.
• Analyze product metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners to improve product functionality and user experience.
• Conduct A/B experiments and product research to inform decision-making.
• Utilize event-based analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MatStat (statistical tests, understanding assumptions).
• Strong SQL skills including window functions, query optimization, and working with arrays/json.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Airflow, DBT, and data structures.
• Proficient in using Git for version control.
• Experience with Amplitude analytics platform is a plus.
• Proficiency in Russian and English.
