Job summary

A prominent property development firm in Jakarta is seeking a Purchasing Officer to compare and evaluate supplier offers, negotiate contract terms, and ensure timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate would hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and have solid analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using Accurate software is necessary. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in exciting projects within a dynamic team focused on authentic and luxurious hospitality services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to conduct cost analyses.
• Strong negotiation skills for contract agreements.

• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
