Job description

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement operations in Indonesia, including managing purchasing activities up to €2,000, supporting regional procurement processes, and ensuring full compliance with internal procurement and business policies. This role also collaborates closely with SSC-PR-Region (Singapore) on higher-value purchases and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day procurement operations within Indonesia in full compliance with internal procurement, sourcing, and compliance policies.
• Exercise procurement authority for purchases up to €2,000, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate procurement activities exceeding €2,000 with SSC-PR-Region (Singapore).
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requests, ensuring alignment with internal procedures.
• Guide internal requestors to ensure all purchasing activities follow compliant procurement processes.
• Communicate procurement-related issues, workflow changes, or updates to all relevant users.
• Explain framework agreement terms and conditions to requestors as needed.
• Participate in resolving contract disruptions, supporting returns, complaints, or invoice discrepancy cases.
• Provide process improvement recommendations to SSC-PR-Region.
• Support audits and ensure complete documentation for procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records in accordance with company policy.
• Utilize SAP Sourcing, Materials Management, and P2P systems to support procurement activities (preferred).

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience
• Strong understanding of Indonesian procurement regulations and supplier landscape.
• Experience with SAP (Sourcing, MM, P2P) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and highly ethical with strong compliance awareness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within regional teams.
