About the Role

As a Process Engineer at PT Formulatrix Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the company's manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production. This full-time position is based in Central Java, where you will contribute your expertise to the company's strategic goals within the Engineering and Process Engineering functions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Design, test, simulate, and analyze processes to enhance production and product quality.
• Utilise data analysis and process monitoring techniques to identify and troubleshoot production issues, recommend corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in project planning, design, and implementation activities to support the introduction of new products or manufacturing capabilities.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support process validation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, production environment, NPI, or related areas.
• Familiarity with manufacturing improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, and PDCA.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM applications (SolidWorks or OnShape).
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with process control systems, data analysis software, and project management tools.
• Willing to be placed in Salatiga.
