About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Montessori Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team at Masakecil Preschool in South Jakarta. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and futures of our young students through the implementation of the Montessori teaching methodology. This is a full-time position based in our South Jakarta campus.

What you'll be doing

• Co-design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Montessori-based lessons and activities that foster the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of our preschool students.
• Observe and assess students\' progress, and adjust teaching strategies to meet their individual needs.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports the Montessori philosophy.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the learning and development of each child.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve Montessori teaching practices.
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the Masakecil Preschool community.

What we\'re looking for

• Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a Montessori preschool environment.
• Deep understanding of the Montessori teaching methodology and its application in the preschool setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• Creativity, patience and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
