Qualifications

Aarti Wellness currently open for F&B Healthy and hiring PPIC role. The PPIC role manages forecasting, procurement planning, inventory accuracy, and supply chain coordination to ensure smooth kitchen and outlet operations. This role is crucial for maintaining consistency, minimizing waste, and supporting production for a health-conscious menu.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and forecast raw materials for daily, weekly, and monthly operations based on sales trends and menu production needs.

Coordinate with Head Chef & Outlet Manager to ensure availability of ingredients while maintaining efficiency and low wastage.

Manage inventory systems: stock opname, tracking, FIFO, expiry management, and safety stock levels.

Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Prepare daily/weekly procurement schedules and monitor purchase orders.

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring alignment with sales & production volume.

Create and improve SOPs for inventory control and kitchen supply chain.

Analyze consumption data to optimize ordering, minimize spoilage, and improve food cost.

Support new outlet openings by forecasting raw material needs and setting up inventory systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years in PPIC, supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management (F&B experience preferred).

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or inventory systems.

Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined.
