Job summary

A construction and home building company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Planning Engineer Supervisor - Junior Manager to develop construction plans, maintain documentation, and evaluate subcontractor payments. The ideal candidate has a D3 degree in Civil Engineering, proficient English skills, and over 5 years of planning experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ability to work under pressure are essential. This role requires the candidate to start ASAP, with a notice period of up to one month.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more experience as a Planning Engineer, with experience in handling subordinates.
• High conversational level of English.
• Capable to make Construction Plan and Quantity Take Off.

Our client is a Construction/Home Building Company. Currently, they are looking for a Planning Engineer Supervisor - Junior Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Make Construction Plan (Construction Sequence, Lifting Plan, Casting Plan, etc.)
• Quantity take‑off.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all construction activities.
• Progress evaluation sheet for payment to subcontractors.

Job Requirements

• At least D3 degree in Civil Engineering.
• High conversational level of English.
• Having 5 years or more experience as Planning Engineer, with experience in handling subordinate(s).
• Well versed and having good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Capable to make Construction Plan.
• Capable to make Construction Quantity Take Off.
• Capable to make Construction Detail Schedule.
• Able to join ASAP with a maximum of 1 month notice.
• Could work under pressure.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Able to negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best prices.
• Able to operate Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 EPPM.
• Able to operate SAP2000.
