Personal Brand Content Manager (Jakarta, Full-Time)

About Me

I am a CEO & founder building a fast-growing beauty brand in Jakarta.

My personal social media is not just about business — it’s about sharing ideas, lifestyle, and conversations that resonate with aged 20–40 in Indonesia. The tone is bold, stylish, and trend-conscious.

The Role

I am looking for a Personal Brand Content Manager — someone who will work closely with me day-to-day, capturing content in real time, creating short-form videos (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and ensuring my online presence reflects my voice, energy, and values.

This is not a desk job. You will shadow me at events, meetings, travels, and behind-the-scenes moments — and turn them into high-impact content.

What You’ll Do

Plan monthly content calendars around my brand pillars (entrepreneurship, feminine lifestyle, relationships/love).

Capture and edit short-form videos, including captions, subtitles, and sound selection.

Research social trends in Jakarta & globally, and adapt them to my personal voice.

Maintain a consistent, polished aesthetic while keeping it natural and authentic.

Work directly with me — understanding my personality, humor, and brand philosophy.

What We’re Looking For

Based in Jakarta and comfortable being mobile (events, meetings, shoots).

Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (Korean is a plus for nuance).

Skilled in filming & editing for social media (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).

Comfortable with a bold, feminine, and slightly provocative tone.

Discreet, trustworthy, and good at reading people’s energy.

Competitive monthly salary: IDR 12M – 18M (based on experience) + performance bonuses

Travel opportunities within Indonesia and potentially overseas.
