Personal Assistant for President Director (Korean Translator & Interpreter)

Provide professional interpretation support during meetings, conferences, and business engagements, ensuring clear communication between Korean and Indonesian speakers by accurately conveying both language and contextual meaning.

Deliver accurate and timely translations of documents, emails, and written materials between Korean, English, and Indonesian.

Serve as the primary liaison between the President Director and internal as well as external stakeholders.

Support effective communication and coordination across departments to ensure alignment and follow-up on key initiatives.

Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.

Draft, manage, and maintain official correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.

Job Requirements:

Fluent in Korean and English for professional and business communication.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of professionalism and business ethics.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Translator/Interpreter in a corporate environment.

TOPIK certification is preferred.
