Our client, a private villa residence in Umalas, is looking for a highly professional, proactive, and exceptionally dependable Personal Assistant. The right candidate is more than just an executor of tasks; they will act as a true manager of the principals household and personal logistics. This person must be resourceful, solution‑driven, and capable of taking full ownership of responsibilities, ranging from overseeing villa maintenance to handling detailed personal errands. The role demands strong common sense, impeccable attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Villa Manager, or high-level Household Manager for an expatriate principal.
  • Based in or very near Umalas / Kerobokan / Canggu for quick villa access.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (B2/C1+), especially in written communication.
  • Highly proactive, takes ownership, and always follows up without reminders.
  • Strong attention to detail; double-checks information and prevents issues before they arise.
  • Resourceful and excellent at problem‑solving.
  • Clear, consistent communicator who provides updates independently.
  • Honest, discreet, and completely trustworthy.
Key Responsibilities
Villa & Property Management
  • Act as an additional point of contact for household matters. (A primary villa manager handles payments and team management, but you will assist with irregular or non‑standard tasks.)
  • Find, coordinate, and supervise vendors, technicians, and construction teams (roof repairs, AC servicing, pool maintenance, painting, etc.).
  • Proactively identify maintenance issues and manage them end‑to‑end.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Personal Logistics & Errands
  • Handle complex errands, including sourcing high‑quality goods (groceries, technical items, household supplies).
  • Manage parcel deliveries, returns, and customs follow‑ups.
  • Handle urgent tasks such as booking appointments (clinics, vets) and arranging last‑minute deliveries.
Vendor & Staff Coordination
  • Manage relationships with specialized service providers (tailors, jewelers, specialty laundry), ensuring strict quality control.
  • Coordinate with household staff (helpers, gardener) to maintain smooth villa operations.
Administrative & Asset Management
  • Manage the sale of pre‑owned items (creating listings, managing inquiries, negotiating, and arranging pickup/delivery).
  • Provide clear and consistent status updates via WhatsApp and Asana.
