Job description

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other relevant platforms.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.

Conduct A/B testing, audience research, and optimization to improve ROAS/CPA.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.

Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and overall digital strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Data/Statistics, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.

Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and CPAS.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into insights.

Familiar with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tools.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Good communication skills and comfort working with clients is a plus.
