BAT Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for a People Services Specialist in Malang
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide analytical support across HR and Finance-related activities, including workforce, payroll, and cost data analysis to support decision-making
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, validation, and integrity of employment data across HR systems, reports, and dashboards
  • Support monthly budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for HR-related costs
  • Perform HR cost analysis and support cost optimization and simplification initiatives, including headcount planning and budget impact analysis
  • Contribute to process digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives within HR Function by finding opportunities for efficiency and automation
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology, HR, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Law)
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global FMCG or fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Sound understanding of HR operations, payroll support, and employment data management; exposure to budgeting and cost analysis is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); exposure to HRIS; and excel macro or Power BI is plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a business partnership mindset
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to quick adaptation on business changes
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
