Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a People Search (Recruitment) located in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia. The role involves ongoing end-to-end recruitment process, talent identification, conducting research and analysis to source potential candidates, managing recruitment databases, and optimizing recruitment strategies. The individual will engage with key stakeholders, manage communication with candidates, and actively contribute to the development and execution of recruitment goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in conducting Research to support data-driven decision-making in recruitment processes.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage candidates and articulate job opportunities effectively.
  • Experience with Keyword Research and familiarity with Web Analytics tools to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to meet recruitment objectives.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
