Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes.
  • Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
  • Define the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment field.
  • Proven and experienced as an articulate recruitment consultant / headhunter (will be a plus point).
  • Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Someone that understands and has experience in full‑cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • An empath with great project management skills & strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers.
  • Ability to function well in a high‑paced environment.
