The People Analyst is responsible for delivering precise and insightful reports, maintaining People systems for efficient operations, leveraging technology to streamline processes, performing data analysis and model development, participating in the full software development process within talent intelligence, and supporting global People processes to foster organizational growth and compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precise and insightful reports supporting global business operations and strategic planning.
• Maintain and ensure the accurate operation of the People system, analyze trends, monitor performance, and update data.
• Leverage technology, including automation tools, to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and promote continuous improvement.
• Work on diverse projects involving data analysis, model development, and the full software development life‑cycle within talent intelligence.
• Enhance People Information Systems to capture essential data and assist in developing robust business cases.
• Provide basic training and expert consultation in statistical methodologies and analytical software.
• Support global People processes, workforce management, employee development, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS/People systems, automation tools (Power Automate, RPA), and data visualization (Excel, Power BI).
• Knowledge of labor regulations and data privacy.
• Willingness to work on site in Batam.
