A leading HR services provider based in Indonesia is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll data, ensure timely payroll processing, and handle employee benefits administration. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in HRIS and Excel are necessary, along with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively support employees.
Manage and update payroll data for new hires, resignations, and employee status changes.
Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle employee medical benefits administration (insurance, BPJS, claims, and reimbursements).
Ensure compliance with regulations and support HR events related to employee health and benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Min 3 years of experience in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and HR operations.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle payroll and employee records accurately.
Excellent interpersonal and service skills to address employee needs related to payroll and benefits effectively.
