Job Description

PT Otto Media Grup, a fast-growing media & digital marketing company, is looking for a Partnership Executive to build, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, platforms, and business partners.

This role requires strong communication and public speaking skills, a professional and presentable appearance, and the ability to confidently represent the company in meetings and negotiations. Candidates with Mandarin language skills will have a strong advantage, especially when handling international or Mandarin-speaking partners.

This is a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and develop new partnership opportunities with brands, agencies, platforms, and business partners
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners
  • Explore collaboration opportunities aligned with company business goals
Business Communication & Negotiation
  • Lead partnership discussions, presentations, and negotiations
  • Deliver partnership proposals and collaboration ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and business discussions
Client & Partner Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Account, Marketing, Operations) to execute partnerships
  • Ensure smooth communication and fulfillment of partnership agreements
Reporting & Coordination
  • Monitor partnership performance and outcomes
  • Prepare partnership reports, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Provide insights and recommendations for partnership growth
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Partnership Executive, Business Development, Account Executive, or similar role
  • Proven experience in building and managing business partnerships
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good looking, well-groomed, and professional appearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a strong plus, especially for handling international or Mandarin-speaking partners
  • Confident, proactive, and target-oriented
  • Willing to work full-time and Work From Office (WFO)
  • Experience in media, digital marketing, agency, or tech-related industry is highly preferred
