Job summary

A pharmaceutical company located in Depok is seeking a Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The role involves supervising subordinates, reviewing specifications, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments for packaging development and assist in improving cost efficiencies. Fluency in English and the ability to work individually as well as in a team setting is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinates in developing new packaging.
• Review packaging material specifications prepared by subordinates.
• Ensure packaging materials work with appropriate machinery.
• Review documents for registration purposes.
• Create final artwork, proof prints, and PPM Standards.
• Compile packaging trial reports and specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers to speed up development.
• Work with production for trial processes of new materials.
• Assist MTU Manager in improving cost efficiency.

Job Description

• Performing supervision over subordinates in developing new packaging and existing products to achieve targets within the set time and priorities
• Reviewing all packaging material specifications prepared by subordinates according to standards
• Ensure that all packaging material that uses the machine can be used with the machine that will be used
• Reviewing documents prepared by subordinates regarding artwork for registration purposes, both locally and for export
• Make the final artwork, proof print, and PPM Standard after getting approved for registration
• Make a packaging trial report, packaging specification, packaging standard and ensure its correctness
• Collaborating with purchasing, sourcing and suppliers to accelerate the development process of packaging material
• Cooperate with production for the trial process of new packaging materials and alternate suppliers of packaging material
• Assist the MTU Manager to improve the cost of developing packaging materials and assist with sourcing in ASD for PMs
