Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, or related finance operations.
  • Prior experience in a Shared Service Centre or multinational environment is highly desirable.
  • Open to candidates from Big 4 external audit backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the OTC team for customer orders, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate to resolve complex issues ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, providing reporting and insights to management.
  • Support transition activities as part of the Shared Service Centre setup.

Job Description
  • Lead and manage the OTC team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the OTC function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with global policies and local regulations.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Support transition activities and knowledge transfer as part of the Shared Service Centre setup.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, or related finance operations.
  • Prior experience in a Shared Service Centre or multinational environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Open to candidates from Big 4 external audit backgrounds
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office tools.
