Responsibilities :

• Formulate and develop the implementation of process optimization initiatives in OSBL & Energy Process Technology to improve efficiency through enhanced resource utilization.
  Evaluate process designs, including economic evaluations, for ECR (Engineering Change Request) in OSBL & Energy Process Technology to ensure project feasibility and compliance with engineering specifications, including TSR, TCR, PHA, and MoC.
• Assess process technical services, including troubleshooting activities, for OSBL & Energy Process Technology to support continuous system improvement.
• Formulate and evaluate solutions for long-term operational issues in OSBL & Energy Process Technology to streamline workflows and optimize output, cost, and energy utilization.
  Reconcile with other departments to ensure safe, operable, and maintainable designs are successfully implemented in OSBL & Energy Process Technology.
• Review Monthly Energy Performance of the OSBL Plant to evaluate energy utilization and forecast strategies for better efficiency.
• Evaluate OSBL Plant Action Plans and Projects to ensure smooth operational performance and continuous improvement implementation.
• Formulate and review sectional KPIs in the OSBL & Energy Process Technology Section to align organizational direction with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in major Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 3-7 years working experience in engineering field at EPC/Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/ Similar Industry.
• Have knowledge and good experience of process design, good knowledge in OSBL Facility (WWT, Utility, Tank Farm, and Flare) is preferred, process simulation (ASPEN HYSYS, Pipeflow, Instrucalc, Aloha), familiar with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Engineering code and standard, etc
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Have good in English skill both spoken & written
