About the role

We are seeking an experienced Organisation Development Manager to join our dynamic team at in FMCG Sales Distribution Company. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving organisational transformation and enhancing the effectiveness of our workforce to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing
  • Conduct organisational diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and development.
  • Design and implement organisation development initiatives, including process improvements, change management, and talent management strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and training programs to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organisational structure, culture, and systems with business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of organisation development interventions, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on organisational effectiveness and development best practices.
  • Conduct Monthly & Yearly Performance Appraisal as a part of Organizational Performance Management.
  • Conduct Engagement Survey Action Planning and Cultural Intervention.
  • Lead Organization Transformation Program Initiatives.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in organisation development, change management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful organisation development initiatives that have had a measurable impact on organisational performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent facilitation, training, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Familiarity with contemporary organisation development theories, models, and best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
