Overview

We’re Hiring: Operations & Systems Coordinator (Remote)

TalentPop supports over 700 e-commerce brands by building strong remote teams and smart internal systems. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an Operations & Systems Coordinator to help clean up workflows, improve documentation, and ensure our tools and processes support how teams work day to day.

This role is ideal for someone who naturally asks, “There has to be a better way to do this.”

Responsibilities
  • Keep internal processes organized, documented, and easy to follow
  • Review workflows across teams and identify inefficiencies or gaps
  • Support improvements to systems and workflow automations
  • Partner with team leads to roll out clearer, simpler ways of working
  • Maintain SOPs and ensure documentation stays current as the company grows
Qualifications
Non-Negotiables
  • At least 1 year of experience in process improvement, operations support, or project coordination
  • At least 1 year of hands-on workflow automation experience using tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms
Additional qualifications that will help you succeed:
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Experience supporting internal systems or cross-functional workflows
