Operations Manager (Collectible Trading Card Industry)

Oversee and manage overall company operations in Indonesia, ensuring smooth workflow and proper execution of company policies.

Lead, supervise, and develop the Indonesian team, including task coordination, performance monitoring, and team growth.

Maintain close communication with HQ and the Director, providing regular operational reports and updates.

Establish, review, and optimize operational SOPs, internal workflows, and efficiency-improvement plans.

Monitor daily business operations to ensure compliance with company standards, service quality, and procedures.

Coordinate cross-department activities including sales, retail, finance, and customer operations.

Provide operational analysis and insights to support company strategy and decision-making.

Serve as a communication bridge between Indonesia operations and HQ to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, management, or related fields.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Must be fluent in English (required).

Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Experience with SOP creation, reporting, and cross-department coordination.
