Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure service quality, efficiency, and SLA compliance.
• Supervise and coordinate the operations team to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze issues, and manage escalations effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational SOPs and reporting.
