Operations Director (Poultry and Feedmill)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize Feedmill operations, aligning with overall business goals and objectives
• Identify opportunities for growth, cost‑efficiency, and improved production processes
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the poultry facility, including breeding, hatching, rearing, and processing
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health, and safety standards
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and ensure product quality meets company standards
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to maintain efficient supply chains
• Uphold safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
