Zoehosts is an Australian Airbnb management company managing a large portfolio of short-term rental properties. We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, fully remote basis.

This role is ideal for someone with strong operational thinking, CRM experience, and the ability to stay calm and structured in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

💰 starting salary $600 – $700 per USD/month.

What you will do:
  • Monitor check‑ins and confirm cleaning readiness in Guesty CRM
  • Communicate with guests, property owners, contractors
  • Coordinate maintenance, solve business as usual problems
  • Follow up key returns after check‑out and update key status
  • Offer early check‑ins when property is ready (clean + keys confirmed)
  • Use CRM, Excel, Google Drive
  • Solve issues urgently & efficiently
You are:
  • Extremely organized, fast, and calm under pressure
  • Strong written English and confident with guest messaging and phone conversations
  • Confident with Guesty (or similar PMS/CRM), HubSpot CRM and spreadsheets
  • Operations, Logistics or short-term rental ops experience is a bonus
