About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager Villa to oversee the day-to-day operations of our farmstay resort in Sukabumi, West Java. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless running of our villa operations, providing exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage all aspects of villa operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of villa staff to ensure high levels of service and performance
  • Monitor and analyse villa occupancy, revenue, and costs to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with other department managers to coordinate activities and ensure a consistent guest experience
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operational role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a villa or resort setting
  • Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of villa operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
