Responsibilities
  1. Lead and control end-to-end operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure operational excellence and consistency
  2. Ensure full implementation of SOPs, service standards, and operational policies across all outlets
  3. Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  4. Manage and optimize food cost, labor cost, operational expenses, and outlet profitability
  5. Review and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and operational reports, and execute improvement plans
  6. Lead, mentor, and evaluate Outlet Managers and operational teams
  7. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards and local regulations
  8. Handle operational challenges, customer escalations, and crisis situations professionally
  9. Work closely with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Marketing to support business growth
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 5 years of solid experience as an Operations Manager in the Food & Beverage industry
  2. Proven track record in managing multiple outlets and large teams
  3. Strong expertise in restaurant operations, cost control, budgeting, and P&L management
