We are looking for an Online F&B Manager to lead brand strategy and operations for food delivery platforms (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood). This role is responsible for the full brand lifecycle: researching customer needs, defining positioning, selecting merchant partners, managing menu–pricing–promotion strategy, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.

This position is ideal for candidates with proven experience managing F&B brands and hands-on expertise with online food delivery platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute end-to-end F&B brand strategies on food delivery platforms.
  • Conduct customer research and define brand positioning.
  • Decide hero menus, pricing strategy, and promotions aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team on merchant partner selection.
  • Prepare campaign and content briefs for the Digital Marketing & Content Production teams.
  • Monitor brand performance across GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood (GMV, margin, AOV, ratings, reviews).
  • Handle customer feedback (requests, complaints, reviews) and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Manage and propose brand budgets directly to the CEO, in coordination with the Finance team.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the F&B industry with a strong track record managing successful brands/outlets.
  • Proven experience managing brands on online food delivery platforms (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood).
  • Strong understanding of menu strategy, pricing, promotions, and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze performance data (GMV, AOV, ratings, repeat orders) and convert insights into strategy.
  • Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
