Job summary

A leading petrochemical company in Cilegon is seeking a qualified individual to manage personnel data and conduct background screenings for non-employees entering the site. Candidates should have a minimum D3 education and expertise in data management. Proficiency in English and a willingness to work on a one-year contract are essential. Qualifications

• Min. 1 year working experience in security outsourcing preferred.
• Willing to work on a contract basis for 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel data of non-employees entering the Site Plant.
• Conduct data screening on contractor employees.
• Ensure access control system records are maintained.
• Register product transport activity timely.
• Prepare schedule for guard house and facility inspection.
• Document security daily activities, including findings.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel data of non-employee (visitors, suppliers, vendors, lorries, etc) who will enter to Site Plant and data of material release, including logging and resuming periodically.
• Conduct data screening on contractor employee who will work at CAP Cilegon to ensure the secureness of their background.
• Ensure that employee and contractor have sufficient access entrance and consistently recorded in access control system.
• Register data of product transport activity in timely manner.
• Prepare schedule of guard house and facility inspection, and communicate findings to related parties.
• Create documentation of all security daily activity, including to resume finding and abnormalities that recorded in post journal.

Qualifications

• Min. D3 from any major.
• Proficient in data management handling, process record, and ISO certification. Have min. 1 year working experience in security outsourcing is preferred.
• Can use English for daily activity.
• Willing to 1 year contract-based employment.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon
