A well-established company in Indonesia seeks a Finance and HR Manager to oversee the implementation of financial, accounting, and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, fluent in English, and proficient in MS Office. This position is based in Tanjung Balai Karimun and involves monitoring financial policies, preparing reports, and managing HR activities.
Coordinate and control the implementation of the Finance, Accounting and HR function, ensure that everything works according to policies, systems and work plans that have been prepared or set.
Monitoring : Attendances, Recruitment and selection process, Training, Expatriates document, BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, Office management and Procurement.
Preparing Job Descriptions, Yearly Manpower Planning, Training Program and Performance Appraisal.
Preparing and proposing all policies of the company related with Human Resources & General Affairs (Company Regulations, SOP, Compensation, Benefit and CareerDevelopment Program).
Calculation the payment of monthly salary and Employee Tax (PPh21).
Manage all activity and administrative of Human Resource and General Affairs matters.
Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and other government regulations related to employment
Monitoring daily transactions of Finance and Accounting process.
Manage Bank transactions including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) and financial analysis reports.
Monitor financial and tax policies updates, ensure company’s financial activities comply with government regulations.
Assist in annual audits and provide required documents to auditors.
Job Requirements
Bachelordegree in Law/ Human Resource Management/Accounting from reputable University
Minimum of 4 years of working experiences in similar position
Will be placed in Tanjung Balai Karimun, Riau Islands
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
Strong leadership, problem solving, creative thinking and can work under pressure
Well-organized, meet deadline and manage multiple tasks
