Qualifications

• Collaborate with NOC, Transport, Core, and Field teams for issue resolution.
• Perform BTS Nokia 5G Rehoming and integration of Nokia 4G/5G sites.
• Troubleshoot RAN issues including coverage gaps and handover failures.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NOC, Transport, Core, and Field teams for issue resolution.
• Perform BTS Nokia 5G Rehoming, Rehosting, Cut Over related with Transport and Core team.
• Perform commissioning and integration of Nokia 4G/5G sites using NetAct & BTS Site Manager.
• Configure 5G NR carriers, CA, DSS, and transport parameters (S1/X2/NG).
• Troubleshoot RAN issues including coverage gaps, low throughput, and handover failures.
• Execute feature rollout (Massive MIMO, CA, CoMP, 5G SA/VoNR).
• Support network troubleshooting and escalations.
• Prepare technical documentation, acceptance test procedures, and MOP/SOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication, Electrical, Computer, Informatics Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Nokia 5G RAN.
• Experience with Nokia RAN hardware module and integration.
• Deep knowledge of RAN protocols (NR, LTE, S1/X2, NG, O‑RAN concepts).
• Strong knowledge of Nokia AirScale platform and OSS tools (NetAct, EdenNet SON).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi‑tasking.
