We are looking for a Network Security Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security of enterprise network to protect critical systems from cyber threats. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in network and security engineering, along with solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain IT Infrastructure and Network Security across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN and VPN environments.
• Configure, monitor, and support network devices and firewalls (routing, switching, security policies).
• Perform network monitoring and log analysis to identify security issues and network anomalies.
• Handle network troubleshooting and incident handling related to security and connectivity.
• Support basic administration of Active Directory and Exchange for user access and daily operations.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configuration records, and SOPs.
• Conduct regular security assessments, patch management, and firmware updates for network and security devices.
• Provide recommendations to improve overall network security posture.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Network Engineer, Network Security Engineer, IT Infrastructure, or IT Support.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing & switching, VLAN, subnetting, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Hands-on experience with firewall configuration and network security devices (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, Arista or equivalent).
• Familiar with network monitoring tools, log analysis, and basic cyber security concepts.
• Basic operational experience with Active Directory and Exchange.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) is an advantage.
• Technical certification such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSA, or Microsoft Fundamentals are highly valued.
• Good communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team.
