About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Modern Channel Sales professional to join our team at PT. Lucky Power Indonesia. As a Modern Channel Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products through modern retail channels, such as supermarkets and hypermarkets. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern retail accounts
  • Engage in effective sales pitches and negotiations to secure new business opportunities
  • Manage and monitor sales targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and promotional strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our retail partners
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on sales activities and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with key accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
