• Reporting directly to General Manager, you will lead a full Kitchen Team in the delivery of high quality food according to Brand and Property standard
• Oversee training and development of kitchen Team, ensuring consistent leadership is demonstrated in the kitchen during service periods

Qualifications

• Experience in a 4-star hotel
• Able to conduct training to the subordinates
• Familiar with Risk Management and HACCP
• Able to work on numerous tasks/projects at one time, to budget and timelines
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills
