This role is responsible for developing and managing analytics dashboards, delivering actionable insights, and optimizing marketing performance across key initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze merchant adoption of core GoFood features—such as promotions and ads—evaluate campaign effectiveness, and assess cost efficiency to guide smarter marketing decisions. A core focus is optimizing sales and CRM efforts to ensure cost-effective strategies for converting merchants to participate in promotional and advertising programs. By leveraging strong analytical skills, this role will contribute to refining business strategies, improving merchant conversion rates, and identifying untapped growth opportunities.
This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and business units—to ensure alignment between analytics efforts and broader company objectives. The Marketing Analytics team is a vital part of the GoFood Marketing division, based in Jakarta. This team collaborates closely with CRM, Product Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Growth teams to provide data-driven insights that enhance marketing performance, optimize campaign effectiveness, and drive business growth. By leveraging analytics, the team ensures that marketing efforts are strategic, cost-efficient, and impactful.
