Responsibilities
- Create an intelligent buy plan at SKU level after analyzing all stock related KPIs and market dynamics
- Design and manage assortment and range plan for new merchandise
- Manage & track the OTB plan, esp. spend vs approved OTB budget. Maintain a clean & consolidated tracker
- Update & maintain item master file & product master hierarchy
- Monitor stock KPIs like stock cover, size availability, ageing by gender, NOOS lines and create alert mechanisms
- Monitor stock fill rates for the POs raised. Tracks excess & short deliveries at PO level & liaise with relevant stakeholders for appropriate actions. Track damaged deliveries & create damage claims with Principal
- Liaise with shipping to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries of merchandise from the principal
- Track & monitor shipping related costs & landed cost factor. Create alert mechanisms to highlight anomalies
- Liaise with finance to ensure timely raising of POs & tracking of rebates & credit notes from the principal
- Liaise with WH, E-comm, Brand & Marketing teams to notify about all shipment status/deliveries & align the product launch & marketing calendars
- Set benchmark pricing for each SKU. Conducting market surveys to understand competition pricing. Quarterly review of pricing grid in APAC markets
- Visit malls/markets to analyze fashion trends & design the buying plan basis relevant trends in the market
- Liaise with the Principal & Marketing to share routine reports & co-ordinate for shipping & credit note issues
Qualifications
- Advanced/Intermediate Excel Skills: ability to handle large set of complex data and model it as per requirement. Well versed with Excel pivots and functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH etc.
- Added advantage if have prior experience with data-warehouse, SAP, business planning tools
- High comfort level with MS Office, esp. Power Point and Word
- Excellent team player, cheerful, energetic & positive personality
- Fluency in English is must have, with good communication skills
- Excellent capabilities to collaborate & co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders
- Extremely high degree of attention to details. Organized & structured way of working
- Ability to handle ambiguity and ever-changing business needs
- Willing to listen to new ideas and learn
- Ability to foresee business needs and act accordingly
- Excellent time management and people management skills
