You’ll be part of the process from development to production, managing orders, sample, costing, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the production runs smoothly.
Job Requirements (Merchandiser & Senior Merchandiser)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, fast response, and good communication.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
- Preferably experienced in garment industry (bag/gloves industry also welcome).
- Have good knowledge & experiences on garment production process.
- Experiences in costing and product development.
- Experience handling woven fabrics.
- Proactive and has Leadership skill.
- Experiences handling fabric & raw material in garment production (for MD Fabric).
Experiences :
- Merchandiser : 4–6 years
- Senior Merchandiser : 7–15 years, with proven leadership skills
Availability: Can join within 1 month or sooner is preferred.
Senior Merchandiser Responsibilities
- Handle costing and create scheduling for fully garment production until delivery.
- Manage customer orders from development to production, ensuring samples meet buyer requirements.
- Lead buyer and internal meetings, ensuring smooth communication and sample meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely order processing.
- Solve problems proactively during the development & production process.
- Update projections, bookings, and business plans.
- Mentor and lead junior staff as a team.
Merchandiser Responsibilities
- Support senior staff with costing processes.
- Assist in managing orders from development to production and ensure they meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth processes.
- Ensure raw materials and accessories are available on schedule.
- Prepare reports on order status and production progress.
- Maintain clear communication and service to buyers.
