Overview

Your Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor's / Associate / Diploma Degree in Mechatronic Engineering (preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of experiences in mechanical maintenance in chemical, oil and gas sector company with continuous process industries and experience in fiber industries will be added advantages.
• Good knowledge in related mechanical engineering, Root Cause Analysis, Effective maintenance mechanical concept.
• Good knowledge in technical drawings, P&ID and international recognized code and standard e.g. DIN etc.
• Good knowledge in SAP PM/MM
• Good supervisory skills with ability to promote effective teamwork.
• Familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, as well as PLC programming

Purpose of the job

Ensure maximum machine availability and reliability at optimum cost for the Baling Press, with safety as the top priority. As vocal point of contact and expertise in Baling Press Maintenance.

Process responsibilities

• Performing for Baling Press reliability.
• Deliver for safety & regulatory compliance for all mechanical maintenance on baling press equipment.
• Deliver to drive continuous improvements in technician skills and knowledge related to Baling Press.
