Job description

Responsibilities

• Have experience minimal 5 years at Telco industry (Proficient in OSS BSS Cloud)
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
• Strong in customer approach and customer acquisition (customer hunting)
• Understand customer business needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills and strong confidence
• Develop and deliver solution proposals including technical documentation, solution architecture, and Bill of Quantity (BoQ).
• Lead technical discussions and consultations with customers regarding Telco solutions (BSS/OSS, Core Network, VAS, Cloud, 5G, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Presales, Project Delivery) to ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions.
• Support tender processes, including preparing technical documentation and handling clarifications.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and new technologies to support solution strategy.
• Oversee solution implementation to ensure alignment with the initial design and customer expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing technology advisory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while proposing optimization for existing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3–7 years of experience in the Telco industry (Operator, System Integrator, or Vendor).
• Strong technical knowledge in:
  • BSS/OSS Systems
  • 4G/5G Core Network Architecture
  • Cloud Computing & API Integration
  • NFV/SDN (added advantage)
• Proven capability in solution design, presales support, and requirement analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin is an added value.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
