Job summary

A leading residential development company in Cikupa, Tangerang is seeking a qualified individual to support marketing strategy and KPI management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing and experience in developing marketing plans. Fluency in Chinese is a must. This role involves translating management decisions into actionable strategies and overseeing internal communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing Marketing plans including digital ads, social media campaigns, and event planning.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Translate management's decisions into strategies and proposals.
• Support setting KPI targets and milestones for Sales & Marketing.
• In charge of management reporting to CEO and partners.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Fast understand the business needs
• Translate management's decision into strategy report and proposal with detail calculation.
• Support Setting KPI target and task milestone for Sales & Marketing Department (sales admin, cash collection, marketing)
• In charge of Management Report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) differently to Indonesia CEO, Beijing HQ and JV partners
• In charge in tender internal progress for all S&M Department and In charge of Marketing budget and expense approval
• Support sales team for headcount changes, promotion and rewards proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience required in developing Marketing plans including digital ads, Social media campaigns, PR, Marketing, Event Planning, or related.
• Proactive and a fast learner, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes while working independently.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines.
• Fluent in Chinese (Both Speaking and Writing)
