A leading Indonesian company is seeking a Marketing Manager based in Tangerang. The role involves maintaining relationships with business clients, executing B2B marketing strategies, and managing the marketing team. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead generation in a B2B context. Excellent communication skills and experience in coordinating with sales and product teams are essential. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to marketing efforts and company growth.
Maintain strong relationships with key business clients, develop retention, renewal, and upsell programs, gather customer insights and feed them back to internal teams.
Create and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with company goals, identify target industries, conduct market and competitor analysis to find new opportunities.
Develop campaigns to generate quality business leads (Digital Marketing Campaigns), optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and improve lead-to-deal conversion.
Manage and mentor the marketing team (digital, content, design, events), coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Work with product teams to understand features and benefits, develop GTM strategies for new product launches, support sales teams with marketing assets and competitive analysis.
Ensure consistent B2B brand messaging across all platforms, oversee the creation of marketing materials like product decks, brochures, proposals, and landing pages.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related fields.
5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in B2B marketing.
Proven track record in lead generation & demand generation, managing marketing campaigns, working with sales teams, using CRM & marketing automation tools.
Excellent written & verbal communication, ability to craft professional B2B messaging.
Experience managing teams and coordinating with cross‑functional departments (Sales, Product, CS).
Knowledge of specific industry trends, understanding of B2B buying cycles, procurement, and enterprise-level sales processes.
Can use Marketing Tools & Platforms: CRM, digital ads platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards), email marketing systems, SEO/SEM knowledge, content marketing & social media management.
