Our client is a luxury full‑buy‑out private villa estate in East Bali, known for hosting weddings, retreats, brand takeovers, and private events offering an exclusive blend of design, privacy, and high‑end hospitality.

They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations end‑to‑end, oversee digital marketing and brand campaigns, and manage external creatives to maintain a world‑class brand presence.

The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, hands‑on, and experienced in driving growth through marketing execution, performance management, and cross‑channel brand communication.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, events, or travel.
  • Proven ability to manage Meta and Google Ads directly, alongside strong analytical and performance optimisation skills.
  • Experienced in project management, with the ability to lead and collaborate with designers, web developers, and external creatives.
  • Skilled in briefing, reviewing, and approving creative assets, and capable of managing marketing budgets and reporting.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and aesthetic judgment.
  • Experience in Bali or Southeast Asia's luxury market is preferred, along with familiarity in weddings, retreats, or high‑end travel.
  • Strong visual sense and brand storytelling capability, backed by creativity and data‑driven thinking.
  • Proactive, self‑driven, commercially aware, confident in decision‑making, and passionate about design, travel, and experiential hospitality.
  • Willing to relocate within the Manggis area of Karangasem regency.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, create, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, influencer activations).
  • Translate seasonal business goals (weddings, retreats, buy‑outs, productions) into targeted marketing pushes.
  • Develop marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and budgets.
  • Write clear creative briefs and oversee all output from the graphic designer and web developer, ensuring high‑quality execution.
  • Ensure campaign storytelling aligns with our brand luxury positioning.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
  • Manage and optimize all Meta and Google Ads directly.
  • Conduct creative testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion pixels.
  • Provide bi‑weekly and monthly reports with insights, spend breakdowns, and KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversions, enquiries).
  • Continuously test new audience markets (e.g., GCC, Europe, India, Singapore).
Website & Social Media Oversight (Non‑Creative)
  • Oversee website maintenance, design updates, and campaign landing pages in coordination with the web developer.
  • Approve social media calendars, captions, and creative direction produced by the graphic designer.
  • Maintain brand consistency across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Implement data‑driven improvements based on engagement and reach.
