Position Overview

We seek a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives. This role will significantly contribute to our brand's awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Identify market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape; gather data on customer preferences and demographics to inform strategies.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Promotions and Advertising: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, choose appropriate advertising channels (digital, print, social media), engage KOLs & social media community, and optimise mall assets.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Design and implement loyalty programs, collect and analyse customer feedback, optimise the company website, and manage social media strategy.
  • Product Management: Coordinate marketing efforts for new product launches, ensure product availability aligns with marketing promotions, provide marketing collateral and support sales teams, and train staff on product features and promotional offers.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and events; represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively and evaluate ROI for marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance and sales data; provide regular reports to stakeholders on marketing effectiveness and insights.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or distribution.
