Marketing Communications Associate Manager
Overview

Lead the overall strategy and execution of WILIO & ADIDAS KIDS integrated campaigns from planning to rollout across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate offline and online teams (MD, OPS, ECOMM, CRM, PR) to ensure seamless and aligned execution.
  • Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and development of strategic partnerships that support brand and campaign goals.
  • Oversee marketing budget planning, allocation, and spending control to ensure efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Serve as the main liaison with all principals, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and timely approvals.
Qualifications
  • At least 4-5 years experience as Marketing. Preferably having experience in FMCG industry.
  • Strong concept and analysis skills.
  • Able to lead the marketing strategy and implementation of effective promotion.
  • Good communication, presentation skills, and strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking.
