Overview
Effectively create and coordinate the development of marketing and promotional material from design, approval, production, and distribution. Coordinate events marketing (online and offline). Research, plan, and implement creative ideas for campaigns. Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities: media communications, consumer promotions. Lead public relations activities, including media outreach, event coordination, and community engagement. Manage social media and content marketing; create content schedules for social media (daily, weekly, monthly) for the restaurant needs. Supervise social media performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. Communicate and coordinate with vendors and third parties related to the company’s marketing products and services. Direct, plan, and implement marketing strategy. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing performance and ROI based on data-driven insights. Lead the marketing team to achieve annual and long-term marketing goals, and to create creative marketing content. Develop marketing and sales strategy, goals, milestones, and a marketing plan. Manage budget to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget. Evaluate and maintain marketing strategy.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Good understanding and working experience in the hospitality / F&B industries.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as PR & Marketing Communication Manager.
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communication studies.
- Experience in related field is required.
- Experience in copywriting for social media and press releases.
- Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing.
- The ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
- Excellent in content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, and editing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized; able to work independently under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritizing tasks with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
