We have an exciting opportunity for a savvy Marketing Communications Manager who wants to be part of an award-winning, fast-growing brand that does things differently!
You will be a key member of the management team, reporting directly to the General Manager and Group Director of Marketing. The Marketing Communications Manager in Bali will oversee PR and communications activities for our Bali hotels, ensuring all efforts align with the Ovolo brand and maximize positive exposure in local and international markets across various platforms.

The Role
- Coordinate all tactical marketing activities for Mamaka, ensuring alignment with the Ovolo brand.
- Collaborate with the Group Director of Marketing and PR agencies to develop quarterly communications plans, including press kits, releases, and Q&A’s to generate positive publicity.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
- Manage video, photography, and creative production briefs.
- Oversee the marketing communications, events, campaigns, and PR calendar.
- Update website content as needed.
- Maintain active social media presence with engaging content and influencer collaborations.
- Produce and report on eDM campaigns using brand templates.
- Support SEM activities in line with brand requirements.
- Implement plans to strengthen the brand identity across all media, including ATL & BTL campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Ensure all print, offline, and online content is consistent with brand standards.
- Work closely with department heads to meet property objectives.
- Assist in developing promotions aligned with PR strategies.
- Coordinate with external PR agencies to promote the Ovolo brand.
- Ensure all internal and external brand collateral for Indonesian properties are updated and compliant.
- Manage F&B communications and promotions across Bali.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Manage content for property websites and maintain the image library.
