A leading educational institution in Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Lead Coach to assist in managing and executing marketing campaigns. The role involves developing local marketing strategies, engaging prospects, and nurturing leads through the enrollment process. Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree and strong communication and sales skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and Google Apps. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the institution's brand and programs.
● The Marketing Lead Coach is responsible for assisting the Marketing and Sales Head in managing, strengthening, and growing the HORIZON school’s coaching and conversion enrollment campaigns, branding, and communications strategy, and ensuring that all branding and content campaigns (both online and offline) and deliverables are successfully executed at the school level in accordance with brand guidelines and timings.
● This Marketing Lead Coach will strategize and execute local marketing campaigns, including, but not limited to, market research, event and campaign planning (both online and offline), creation of key brand, coaching, and conversion strategies, TV, Radio, and OOH collaterals, Press Releases, etc., while adhering to the national strategy and KPIs, and network and school branding.
● Recommends strategies or messaging in promoting the Horizon brand, in engaging/coaching the leads, depending on their responses and conversation.
● Generates regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports to determine the performance of agents and the status of leads.
● Strategizes on coaching/nurturing and conversion marketing activities to ensure students move further down the funnel to enrollment.
● Develops marketing activities for coaching (including but not limited to webinars, campus tours, career fairs, and other promotional activities).
● Assists the Marketing & Sales head in the development and implementation of department processes and protocols.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
● Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions from prospects.
● Stay informed about university programs, policies, and industry trends.
● Lead the marketing coach member and make sure the member does their job well.
