Marketing Activation & Community Officer
Responsibilities
- Execute and cross-check all marketing collaterals (POP, merchandise, events, PR packages).
- Arrange and ensure store displays are set according to standards.
- Assist in store events, grand openings, and other promotional activities.
- KOL & Partnership
- Search for and contact KOLs/influencers based on briefs.
- Prepare and send PR packages, ensuring all collaterals are complete.
- Compile weekly partnership recaps and support project requirements.
- Community & Retention
- Manage communication with communities through DMs, comments, and WhatsApp broadcasts.
- Maintain the brand’s positioning within communities and support loyalty initiatives.
- Social Media Support
- Monitor interactions on Instagram and TikTok (comments, DMs).
- Identify and share insights on the latest content trends.
- Support ad-hoc activities related to social media.
- Packaging & Competitor Research
- Conduct research on packaging trends and competitors; prepare simple reports.
- Provide preliminary recommendations for the planning team.
- Administrative & Reporting
- Update catalog and content on Google Sites.
- Support store requests (additional POP, voucher recap, and other needs).
Qualifications
- Education: Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication/Business
- Min. 1–2 years experience in Marketing/Partnership (preferred from F&B/retail, or Marketing Agency)
- Experience handling social media, event, or partnership project
- Understand with 360 marketing activities
- Up to date with trends, especially in social media and offline activities
- Age: max. 27 years
- Skills
- Strong communication & coordination skills (internal & external)
- Able to travel and work outside normal working days if needed
- Good command of English (oral & written)
- Have taste of design and understand brand visuals
- Good analytical mindset for market survey & competitor research
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environment
