Job description
Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for manufacturing-end technology implementation during new product development. Participate in new product development projects, assist in process route design and fixture design under mentor guidance, and track and manage product trial production, pilot production/mass production issues with closed-loop management.
  2. Develop and implement solutions for process technology issues; participate in product optimization and manufacturability enhancements during manufacturing.
  3. Manage on-site production line processes, coordinate resolution of daily process quality issues, track progress, implement corrective actions, and provide timely feedback on process information.
  4. Prepare, implement, and monitor production line process documentation; promptly address finished product feedback, ensuring timely and accurate technical modifications.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher; fluent English proficiency.
  2. Degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  3. Proficiency in office software and design/development tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Project management mindset and experience.
  2. Detail-oriented, diligent work ethic; preference for candidates with professional competition awards.
